Why Oppo or Vivo smartphones are in demand in Pakistan?


If you have enough money to buy a new smartphone. And you are thinking about Oppo or Vivo devices then I would suggest you some other methods to waste your money.

Let me explain, if you are living in Pakistan you already know that Pakistani smartphone market is very high demanding for Oppo and Vivo mobile phones. But you know why?

So I have collective some points, why these mobile phones are very fascinating and these points are my own thoughts and opinions.


Vivo Y21

Design ;


In 2022 this these mobile phone companies are making very unique and Stylish designs. You find a beautiful pattern of colours. If I talk about Oppo, it was known for his early device A37 for their iPhone inspired design and beautiful camera and when Vivo came in market with Y90 they destroyed other companies worth. Nowadays Vivo Y21 is in trending and early device Y20. These mobile phones have a unique design with flat plastic glass back and Shiny multi colours pattern under glass, looks like a very expensive mobile and their oper range devices like V23 5G is iPhone 13 inspired back Design slim and Flat 1 coloured back with a boxy sides and on the other hand Oppo A16 and F21 5G with same design but in less price make it more unique. Simply we can say that these companies provides very beautiful and expensive design in a low budget but again I would suggest to those who are thinking about a phone which looks very expensive they can buy these devices. 


Cameras ;


At this point I clearly say that these companies use your money, I explain my point If you have ever use Oppo or Vivo mobile phone cameras, you would know that their skin tone is very clean and pretty and their colour adjustment is amazing and very beautiful, normal pic looks very cool but....... but these pictures are useless they don't have any quality. If you zoom your picture there are grains and splashed pixels. And if you upload your pictures on Instagram, make snaps or send to someone on WhatsApp, it almost dead quality photo. If you are IT office working person and take photos of documents then try to click some quality images from your Vivo or Oppo phone..... LOL😂.... ha ha ha ha..... companies take a heavy cost of their devices but don't provide you a good quality cameras. Their 13 megapixel camera is more useless sensor then other companie's 5 megapixel. I never recommend these mobile phones to a videographer or photographer. Trust me bro you are wasting your money. Their flagship phones are very good in this sector but you know what Pakistani people don't buy expensive products.


Chipsets ;

I don't know why but MediaTek P35 is a Universal chipset for lower and mid range mobile phones of Vivo. Three years ago in 2019 I bought Vivo Y90 with this chip in 17000 pkr and now a very famous mobile phone of Vivo Y21 has same processor and you know the price..... only 37000pkr, amazing LOL.... it's earlier version y20 had the same processor nothing updated. You know what, the performance of this processor is very crazy. Actually when you open your dial pad to make a call it takes around 5 to 6 seconds to open and load dial pad.... 6 seconds.... It looks so lazy and Chiep. You install games and apps but when try to play or use them your mobile phones performers make you sad.....always. In normal daily uses it seems like your phone is hanged and actually this processor can't deal with games are big sized apps. Summing up... Under 50k pkr Oppo or Vivo mobile phones don't have any extra ordinary performance, average quality User experience and very very low quality display with low resolution (720) and poor animations.


UI / Other Systems ;

Oppo color OS looks like very similar to Samsung One OS. They tried to make it minimal and simple but I personally don't like there tool bar section and animations. Although home screen animations can be changed there awesome different options that's I like you can also change icon size and style make them square or sphere, theme colours can be changed, setting menu icons colours can be changed. You can also change toolbar icons. There are some good points but not enough. Listen A16 ⁴/64 is very famous device and is about 33000 pkr nowadays but just think about that what do you get in exchange of 36k, an average camera, 720p resolution IPL LCD display and old and average processor, believe me you are just getting a good battery time and a good looking design but it is not enough my bro you are living in Pakistan and these two brands are making us fool. 



A advice for you..... 

If you really want a branded mobile you can buy a Samsung mobile but I also cannot recommend Samsung because they also play with the emotions. Some stupid things (like Oppo and Vivo) Samsung does but Samsung is a world's biggest Android brand.

I just wrote my opinion I want to aware you about these frauds of companies. See and test then use your money in a safe zone. Next I will post which mobile phone companies are perfect to buy in Pakistan.
